West Brom Albion have made a £9million offer for Jeffrey Schlupp, hoping to make him their second signing of the summer, after the £5million capture of QPR winger Matt Phillips
According to Daily Telegraph, Tony Pulis has identified Jeffery Schlupp as the solution to West Bromwich Albion’s search for a left full back, despite, considering Leeds United defender Charlie Taylor, due to Schlupp’s Premier League experience.

The Ghana international was sidelined for greater part of last season, but impressed after recovering towards the latter part of Leicester’s historic title triumph.
The 23-year-old left winger cum left full back only signed a new contract last year June.
