60295241The Pan African Clergy Council and Bible Seminary is calling for the arrest of the General Overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Prophet T.B. Joshua, over what the group terms his “fake terror prophecy”.

“He should not call this a prophecy. It is not coming from God, and it not in conformity with the Bible. I have been following his sayings in connection with terrorist attacks: he is involved, he is among the planners,” Vice Chancellor of the seminary Rev. Frederick Akakpo told Class News’ Regina Borley Bortey on Tuesday April 12.

Ghana and Nigeria, according to the prophet, are in line for a terrorist attack.

“I am seeing Thursday, Friday, Saturday – if I may say Thursday – because these evil people, they are very funny. Anything can just happen. You will be very shocked to see what will happen, because when the prayer is going in this direction they [attackers] change [to another] direction,” Prophet Joshua told his church on Sunday April 10.

“I see Thursday, Friday. Pray for these two nations – Nigeria and Ghana – over gathering in any way, over attack. I am seeing attack and that will be in a foreign way. The attack will come not in a local way. So, please open your lips and pray for these two nations for protection.”

But Rev Akakpo has dispelled the predictions, indicating: “God does not speak that way. When God is talking to his people he says because of this, that will happen, but if thou will do this it will stop,” he explained.

He is, therefore, urging security agencies to apprehend the prophet for interrogation. According to him, the prophet could be one of the plotters of the supposed terrorist attacks.

“He is one of them, it is architectural terrorism, something he is involved in, so, they should call INTERPOL to question him. These people hide behind the Bible and say a lot of things, but they are bad,” he advised.

Meanwhile the Ghana Police Service has urged calm amid rising fears from Ghanaians following the prophecy.
